The EVERGREEN,
a design as fresh today as it was when conceived by our forefathers. The four-part gambrel
roof is a handsome design that is sure to please those of you who are looking for both
charm and function. All models are equipped with an efficient ventilation package. Choose from five distinct

Key Benefits
- All prices include on-site
construction.
- Leveling: Leveling up to 18" is
included; there is a nominal fee for leveling exceeding 18". Note:
Leveling is accomplished by placing 4" cap blocks on the high part of the
ground and 8" concrete blocks on the low end which can included shims
if needed.
- Support System: Building will be supported
by 3 each 4"x4" pressure treated beams. Said beams are elevated from the ground
and centered on concrete blocks. FREE concrete blocks for building site less than 18" off level. Additional blocks can be extra.
- Floor Joists: Pressure treated
2"x6" joists.

Flooring: 3/4" Pressure treated plywood.
- Studs: Number 2 white wood spaced on
16" centers.
- Top and Bottom Plates: Number 2 white wood.

with tall sidewalls and 16' wide models, double top plates.
- Ceiling Rafters: 2"x4" rafters on
24" centers. Number 2 white wood. Note: 2"x6" rafters on 16' wide
models
- Siding: LP Smartside primed standard, or upgrade to Duratemp primed, vinyl or Hardilap
- Roofing: 7/16" 4'x8' sheets of
OSB , the industry standard.
- Eve Board: 2"x6" white wood
front and sides, 2"x4" on back; the configuration permits the shingle cut to
come out even.
- Shingles: Owen-Corning Classic
shingles, the professional choice. Shingles are warranted for 20 years. Shingle colors.
- Felt Paper: (see Value Options): felt
paper is included.
- Trim Boards: 1"x4" primed white
wood.
- Double Doors: Either 48",
60", or 72" wide openings. All doors are 2"x4" white wood and mounted on a 6'
galvanized hinge.
- Door Design: Choose from five Integrity Door Designs.
- Hasp: Exterior hasp.
- Ventilation System:
All models are equipped with gable
vents.
- Caulking, and painting are
not included.
